The Neuro Float Yoga Experience
Neuro Float Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. A Vinyasa-style yoga, Neuro Float Yoga focuses on core strength, balance and flow to build a solid practice based on strength and spirit. Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own and their intention personal - each student is encouraged to embark on their own spiritual journey.
Available Classes
All Levels Vinyasa: This dynamic system of practicing asanas/poses, synchronizing the breath with the flow of movement. It is a practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations. Designed to accommodate students of all levels from beginner to advanced
Power Hour: Instill balance and focus, cleanse your system, and deepen flexibility with this Vinyasa-inspired practice in warmth and humidity. We will integrate more breath and flowing movement. This is the perfect warm Vinyasa yoga style. Be prepared to sweat! The individual is encouraged to work from their innate wisdom and honor their own boundaries. Modifications are given for all levels.
Moon Flow Yoga: A Vinyasa flow class incorporating moon salutations, chakras and meditation to help prepare the body for rest.
Ashtanga: Ashtanga yoga literally means "eight-limbed yoga," as outlined by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. According to Patanjali, the path of internal purification for revealing the Universal Self consists of the following eight spiritual practices: Yama [moral codes] Niyama [self-purification and study] Asana [posture] Pranayama [breath control] Pratyahara [sense control] Dharana [concentration] Dhyana [meditation] Samadhi [absorption into the Universal] The practice connects the body and the breath to become a moving meditation.
Yogilates: Yogilates is the ultimate in mind body fitness. It takes the best of yoga and the best of Pilates and integrates them into one balanced system of exercise. Incorporating a refined awareness of the breath and the core, Yogilates educates as it creates functional strength for the body.
